Tammy Grove-McClement is a Partner at the firm. Tammy grew up in the Grey Bruce area. Tammy completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts at Wilfrid Laurier University in 1996. She obtained her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. Tammy was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2002. Tammy articled with Harrison Pensa LLP, a general practice law firm in London, Ontario before joining McCall Dawson Osterberg and Wallace as an Associate Lawyer practicing insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on municipal defence work. Tammy has experience in all areas of litigation practice.
Tammy returned to the Grey Bruce area in 2005. Tammy worked in the Chesley area before joining the firm in 2006.
Tammy primarily practices in the areas of Municipal Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Litigation and Corporate/Commercial Law.
Tammy is married with two children. Tammy sits on the Board of the Hanover Minor Hockey Association and is actively involved in her children’s competitive sports. Tammy enjoys running, biking and competing in obstacle races.
Troy Dore is an Associate Lawyer with the firm. Before graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Business degree and from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, he grew up on a farm outside of Teeswater, Ontario. Troy was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2012.
Troy’s legal practice focuses primarily on Corporate and Commercial, Negotiations, and Real Estate. He also assists in Civil Litigation, Wills and Estate matters. Troy’s background in business, finance, and land development provides a unique perspective when advising owners and developers with their legal matters.
Having grown up in Bruce County, Troy enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and being active in the local community.
Amy Jephson is an Associate Lawyer at the Grove-McClement & Fischer LLP. Amy grew up in the Town of Whitby, in Durham Region. Amy completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies at Trent University in 2014, graduating on both the Dean’s and President’s Honour Roll. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2017 where she was the Queen’s Coordinator of the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project. While at Queen’s, Amy also earned a Certificate in Public International Law from the Bader International Study Centre. Amy then articled at a busy Family Law boutique firm in Durham Region where she gained extensive experience in separations and divorce. Amy was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Amy joined the firm in 2019. She primarily practices in the area of Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Civil Litigation.
Amy enjoys staying active by going for runs and practicing yoga. Amy is eager to explore the Grey-Bruce area.
Fiona Hamilton joined the firm as an associate lawyer in 2015. Fiona grew up in Southampton, Ontario before attending the University of Guelph. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in English & Theatre Studies. Fiona graduated from the University of New Brunswick faculty of law in 2010.
Fiona articled in the City of Saint John and became a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick before returning to Bruce County with her husband. Fiona was called to the bar in Ontario in 2011. Fiona practices in the areas of corporate and commercial, employment, wills and estates, municipal law and real estate.
Fiona enjoys downhill skiing, mountain biking and reading.
Julia Fischer is a Partner at the firm. Julia grew up in Hanover, Ontario before attending McMaster University where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History. Julia then graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 2011 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2012.
Julia primarily practices in the areas of Municipal Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning.
Julia resides on a working farm with her husband and their two children. Julia enjoys horseback riding, biking, and playing competitive soccer.
Carman Stafford is an Associate lawyer at the law firm. Carman grew up on a working farm near Belmore, Ontario before attending the University of Waterloo where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies and Legal Studies. Carman then graduated from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in June 2017 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in September 2017.
Carman practices in Corporate/Commercial Law, Real Estate, Municipal Law and Wills and Estates.
In her spare time, Carman enjoys playing recreational sports, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
